The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and hardscaping, ensuring that our clients’ properties are well-kept and visually appealing. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist with tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal. Install and maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist in the irrigation of gardens and landscapes to ensure proper water distribution. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly. Qualifications Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping. Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care and irrigation techniques. Familiarity with hardscape installation processes is a plus. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care.
