Groundskeeper Position Available In Alachua, Florida

Groundskeeper (16.00/hr to start) We are seeking a reliable and hardworking temp-to-hire Groundskeeper for a luxury Apartment Complex located near UF to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our apartment community’s outdoor areas. Responsibilities include lawn care, landscaping, trash removal, pressure washing, minor exterior repairs, and seasonal maintenance (such as leaf clearing). The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic maintenance skills, and the ability to work independently while keeping the property looking its best for residents and visitors. Position will work Wednesday – Sunday 8am to 5pm. Candidates should be available for overtime as required during busier times of year. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet for 8 hours days, lifting up to 50 pounds as required, and working outside in the cold or heat to maintain the premises.
