Groundskeeper/Maintenance 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 7300 NE Ginnie Springs Rd, High Springs, FL 32643 We are looking for Grounds attendants to clean and maintain high traffic areas within the park. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in sanitation or janitorial, customer service, and possess strong time management skills you should also have broad availability including possible mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holiday schedules. Ultimately, you’ll ensure all areas of the park are kept clean and are in presentable condition for guest visits.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning and sanitization tasks, which may include sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Empty and clean trash bins regularly, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to park disposal guidelines. Clean and disinfect restrooms and bath houses, including toilets, sinks, showers and floors, to maintain hygienic environment. Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents and tools. Maintain stocks of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are adequately stocked and in good working condition. Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor promptly, ensuring safe and functional work environment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and following safety protocols. Provide assistance and support to other staff members or departments when necessary, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Assists with basic maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, mowing lawns, trimming vegetation and pressure washing. Skills Ability to work supervised and unsupervised, independently or as a team. Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Strong time management skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including possible evenings, nights, weekend and holidays as required. Understanding of health and safety regulations and the ability to follow protocols and procedures.
