Lawn Maintenance Team Member NE lawncare, LLC Gainesville, FL 32602 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities and grounds. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of skills related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, and general maintenance tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care duties, including mowing, fertilizing, and watering. Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and removal as necessary. Build and maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Execute groundskeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces. Handle snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to facilities. Assist in landscape maintenance by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner. must bring own equipments to job sites Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
