Full Time and Part Time Positions available!

Responsibilities:

• Remove trash, straighten furniture, re-set outdoor furniture in all areas
• beach, entrance area, etc.
• Trash removal on grounds and outdoor garbage.
• Power wash/sweep front entrance area.
• Rake sand in beach serving area.
• Remove weeds and dead palm fronds.
• Trim plants.
• M aintain the inviting appearance of all external areas, beach, front entrance.
• Check on property for maintenance items.
• Complete assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Requires reliable transportation.
• Physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, lifting and squatting for extended periods of time.
• Possess basic knowledge of Groundskeeping.
• Requires the ability to manage conflicting time constraints, and read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English.
• Available for primarily morning work.
