In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure that lawns and gardens are well-kept and thriving. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have a passion for landscaping. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris. Assist in building and installing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Engage in groundskeeping activities to maintain overall property aesthetics. Assist in landscaping projects installing rock, mulch, edging. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Utilize power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Use hand tools for various gardening tasks including planting, weeding, and pruning. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor for extended periods. A valid driver’s license is required. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping techniques and equipment operation.
