Groundskeeper Campbell Property Management – 3.7 Sunrise, FL Job Details Full-time $17 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Position Summary The person filling this position owns responsibility for the cleanliness of the property and outdoor common areas assigned. He/she performs routine daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning tasks for the areas assigned. Responsibilities Prepare buildings for garbage pickup before and after as required. Tour assigned areas and clean-up palm-fronds, trash and debris to ensure the property maintains an attractive appearance. Timely completion of the assigned outside cleaning tasks Notices and addresses any areas that need attention. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment Clean and Maintain equipment, including but not limited to change tires on golf cart and bins, maintain and clean golf cart battery, etc. Empty trash cans from dog stations and restock dog waste bags Empty trash cans from around the pool and general community area and replace bags Wash compactor area and clean compactor drain Blow leaves off walkways and remove palm fronds Spray weed killer and pull weeds on community walkways Clean community lighting around walkways Assist with Hurricane Preparations Dispose of all natural and man-made debris Report to Management any concerns of broken items, misconduct observed by residents or vendors, lights out, gate issues, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager Full-Time Fri-Tue 7am-3:30pm
