The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves hands-on work in various outdoor settings, ensuring that lawns and gardens are healthy, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain neat and healthy lawns. Execute groundskeeping duties such as planting, digging, and mulching to enhance landscape aesthetics. Conduct landscape maintenance activities including fertilization, aeration, and weed control. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls to improve outdoor spaces. Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed to promote tree health. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular cleaning and basic mechanical repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge for the maintenance of power tools and landscaping equipment is beneficial. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
