The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. This apprenticeship program offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills under the guidance of experienced licensed irrigation professionals. Key aspects include participation in training, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively and take feedback. As well as the hands-on experience and practical application of skills acquired through the apprenticeship position. 2.

Responsibilities:

On-the-job training: Assist experienced licensed professionals in various tasks and projects, learning from their expertise. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and courses to acquire theoretical knowledge and skills.

Skill development:

Develop practical skills through hands-on experience and practice.

Adherence to safety:

Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Documentation and reporting:

Maintain accurate records of learning, progress, and findings.

Qualifications:
