This position involves a variety of tasks related to landscape installation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes for our clients. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Install new grass artificial and natural. Assist with tree trimming and care to ensure healthy growth and aesthetics. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the day. Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner. Skills Proficiency in tree trimming techniques and knowledge of tree care practices. Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on landscaping tools and machinery. Ability to dig effectively and prepare ground for planting. Familiarity with garden maintenance practices including planting, watering, and weeding. Strong understanding of groundskeeping principles to maintain outdoor spaces.
