Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Care for trees through pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and lawns. Assist in the planting of flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as needed. Conduct routine inspections of landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers is essential. Knowledge of tree care practices including tree trimming and pruning techniques. Ability to irrigate gardens effectively using various methods. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation between job sites.
