Landscaping Crew Member NE lawncare, LLC Miramar, FL 33023 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping and landscape maintenance, contributing to the beautification and upkeep of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and possess skills in lawn care, gardening, and the use of hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Assist in planting, watering, and maintaining gardens and flower beds. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping projects. Build and install landscape features such as fences, garden beds, or pathways. Irrigate plants and lawns according to seasonal needs. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Requirements Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required. Familiarity with lawn care techniques and gardening practices is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
