Conduct tree trimming and pruning to ensure healthy growth and appearance. Operate hand tools and machinery safely for effective groundskeeping. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Assist in snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, providing necessary treatments as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment. Skills Proficient in lawn care techniques including fertilization, mowing, and aeration. Experience with tree trimming and landscape maintenance is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various lawn care equipment. Ability to use hand tools effectively for gardening and maintenance tasks.
