The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds and facilities. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working outdoors and possesses a variety of maintenance skills. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our property. Duties Perform regular mowing and lawn care to maintain healthy grass and landscaping. Conduct groundskeeping tasks, including weeding, planting, and general garden maintenance. Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Operate snow plowing equipment during winter months to ensure safe access to the property. Irrigate gardens and landscaped areas to promote growth and health of plants. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects and ensure timely maintenance of all areas. Experience Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with using hand tools and equipment related to lawn care and landscape maintenance. Experience in building hardscape features is a plus. Knowledge of irrigation systems and snow removal techniques is beneficial. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
