The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong understanding of lawn maintenance practices. This role involves working outdoors to enhance and maintain the beauty of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care services. Duties Perform mowing, trimming, and edging of lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Execute snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties. Dig and prepare soil for planting, ensuring optimal conditions for growth. Install and maintain irrigation systems to promote healthy landscapes. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed. Conduct general landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Build landscape features such as flower beds, retaining walls, or pathways. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Knowledge of mowing techniques, snow plowing methods, and landscape maintenance practices. Ability to operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results.
