Maintenance/Groundskeeper Position Available In Broward, Florida

Maintenance/Groundskeeper King Hyundai 1399 South Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 King Automotive Group has an immediate opening for a facility maintenance technician/ grounds keeper. Responsibilities include routine maintenance tasks and special projects including the following:

• Basic plumbing repairs
• Change air filters, ceiling tiles and light bulbs
• Grounds Keeping responsibilities
• picking up trash and debris around the property.
• Driving parts
• Pressure washing
• Painting
• Landscaping including tree trimming and irrigation repairs
• Minor electrical repairs
• Maintaining company emergency generators The above is not a complete list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as required by management.
