Summary As a Lawn Care Crew Member at Premier Landscape Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our clients’ landscapes. This position is essential for delivering high-quality lawn care services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Southwest Florida. Responsibilities Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Perform trimming, raking, and blowing of shrubs and low tree branches to maintain a neat appearance. Planting and maintaining flower beds. Pulling weeds. Picking up trash or debris. Utilize power tools and equipment safely to complete landscaping tasks efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred but not required. Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment. Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures, weather, and direct sunlight) Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day Good physical stamina for lifting, digging, and performing manual labor tasks. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is not required, but preferred. Driver’s License is preferred, but not required. Valid driver’s license required with ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review. Debe ser capaz y estar dispuesto a agacharse, inclinarse y girar repetidamente a lo largo del día. Buena resistencia física para levantar, excavar y realizar tareas manuales. Debe ser capaz de levantar y cargar hasta 23 kg (50 lb). No se requiere ser bilingüe (inglés/español), pero es preferible. Se prefiere licencia de conducir, pero no es obligatoria. Se requiere licencia de conducir vigente y con capacidad para aprobar la revisión del historial vehicular.
