Gardener The Club Continental 2143 Astor Street, Orange Park, FL 32073

Responsibilities:

• Perform groundskeeping and landscape maintenance duties
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls
• Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides to maintain the health of plants
• Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, and pruning shears
• Clean up debris and leaves from the grounds
• Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants
• Assist with general farm duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of different plants, trees, and shrubs
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Physical stamina to work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

This position may require occasional weekend or evening work depending on the needs of the property.
