The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscaping practices. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of various landscapes, ensuring that properties remain beautiful and well-kept throughout the seasons. Responsibilities Perform regular mowing and lawn care to maintain healthy grass and plant life. Execute groundskeeping tasks, including weeding, mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs. Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools and machinery effectively for various landscaping tasks. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to maintain accessibility. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
