Hours are typically 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday HH Staffing is seeking a Groundskeeper to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Perform daily upkeep of grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas. Remove litter, leaves, and debris to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal. Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscaping, such as watering, planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs or trees. Inspect property for potential safety hazards, report issues, and address minor repairs as needed. Assist with seasonal tasks, such as pressure washing, snow removal, or storm cleanup. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address specific landscaping needs or requests.
Position Requirements:
Ability to operate groundskeeping tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation to work sites.
