Handle any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the store manager.
Job Qualifications Knowledge Of Gardening And Horticulture:
A Garden Center Associate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Plants, Gardening Techniques, And Horticulture Principles In Order To Assist Customers With Their Gardening Needs.
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent Customer Service Is Essential For A Garden Center Associate As They Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Providing Them With Advice And Recommendations For Their Gardening Projects.
Physical Fitness:
This Job Requires Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Moving Of Heavy Items Such As Bags Of Soil And Potted Plants. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks.
Sales Experience:
