⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Groundskeeper (North Kansas City) Colonial Square Homes, INC 2110 NE Parvin Rd compensation: Medical and Dental benefits at no cost for the employee only. After one year can enroll in 401K plan which is matched up to 4%. Paid holidays off (11) including your birthday. Paid sick leave and vacation time.also included.

Duties include policing grounds and pick up any debris found and other duties as assigned. Snow removal is mandatory. Qualified candidates must have a valid Driver’s License (no exceptions) and pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must have the ability to show up on days scheduled and on time. Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Paid sick, vacation and holidays. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour. After 60 day probation will increase to $18.00 hourly. Principals only.
