Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping duties. A strong attention to detail and a passion for working outdoors are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas Mow, trim, and edge lawns to ensure a neat appearance Plant, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees Remove debris, leaves, and litter from grounds Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools Assist in the design and implementation of landscaping projects Monitor and manage irrigation systems Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred Knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance techniques Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team Valid driver’s license may be required We encourage all qualified candidates to apply and look forward to welcoming a new member to our team.

Requirements:

Responsibilities Maintain landscape features including flower beds, shrubs, trees, and lawns through regular upkeep. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conduct lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating. Assist in the planting and maintenance of gardens, ensuring proper care for all plant life. Monitor the condition of grounds and report any issues or necessary repairs to management. Keep grounds free from debris and litter to maintain a clean and attractive environment. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling chemicals. Qualifications Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficient in using power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job location.
