Groundskeeper/Porter 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 5327 Timuquana Road, Jacksonville, FL 32210 SNS Property Management is looking for a Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team. : The Groundskeeper/Porter Is Responsible for the overall appearance of the community grounds, models and vacant readies, in addition to the public access areas utilized by current and/or prospective residents.
JOB DUTIES
Cleans office, clubhouse, public access areas, and models as directed. This includes but is not limited to mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Clean vacant units . Ensures that grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional and within safety standards. Clean and remove all trash and debris from grounds, parking lots, amenities areas, plant beds, breezeways, stairwells, and dumpster areas according to company standards. Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas. Monitors and reports on the inventory of cleaning supplies and/or necessary maintenance supplies associated with responsibilities of the role. Maintenance responsibilities may include but are not limited to: grounds keeping, painting, exterior repairs, landscape and irrigation tasks, pressure washing, changing locks, etc. Report any maintenance concerns or repairs in unoccupied apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Service Manager. Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed. Maintains open communication with the Community Director and Service Manager. Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists with clean-up at resident functions. Delivers various communications to residents as needed. Attends and participates in training seminars as requested. May be required to drive motorized vehicles to run errands and/or pick up supplies. Performs other duties as assigned.
