In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients’ landscapes. This position requires a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance. Execute snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Dig, irrigate, and prepare soil for planting and landscaping projects. Provide tree care services, including tree trimming and removal as needed. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as weeding, mulching, and planting. Build landscape features such as garden beds, pathways, or retaining walls. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks. Maintain cleanliness of job sites and equipment after each project. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with mowing equipment, hand tools, and landscape maintenance practices. Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
