Private Gardener for Luxury Vacation Homes Opulent Property Management is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Private Gardener to care for 3-5 high-end vacation rental homes located in Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and St. Augustine. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in thoughtful, consistent landscaping—not the typical “mow-and-blow” approach.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens, flower beds, walkways, and outdoor living spaces to luxury standards
- Monitor plant health, seasonal growth, irrigation, and curb appeal
- Ensure each property is guest-ready with beautifully manicured grounds
- Provide tailored landscape care suited to high-traffic, short-term rental use
Qualifications:
- Prior residential or estate gardening experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Enjoys working independently across multiple sites This is a part-time, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in exceptional surroundings.
Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation depends on your experience.
