This role is responsible for maintaining and caring for the aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, plant care, and outdoor maintenance, ensuring property grounds are well-kept, safe, and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of a background check. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment, work independently, and express high ethical standards. This is a full time, benefitted, year round position starting at $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, plant care, and outdoor maintenance, ensuring property grounds are well-kept, safe, and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance Plant, water, fertilize, and cultivate flowers, shrubs, and trees Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers Remove debris, weeds, and dead plants to uphold property standards Inspect and maintain multi-zone irrigation systems. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on outdoor equipment Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment Communicate effectively with clients and team members Qualifications Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. High School Education, some college preferred. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Ability to work some Evenings, Weekends, and some Holidays. Ability to operate landscaping machinery and tools safely Knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and pest management Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor manual labor Strong attention to detail and work ethic Preferences Proficient in written and spoken English Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or related field preferred Able to solve problems in a dynamic decision-making environment.
