Lamson Avenue, Spring Hill, FL 34608 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces, including laying sod, gardens, lawns, and hardscapes. If you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail, this position is perfect for you. Responsibilities Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform landscape maintenance tasks effectively. Assist in the installation and maintenance of gardens, lawns, and hardscape features. Conduct tree care activities, including pruning and planting. Perform groundskeeping duties to ensure properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. Dig trenches and holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscaping elements. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscape maintenance. Knowledge of garden care techniques, including planting, watering, and fertilization. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care.
