Lawn Care Worker Training Solutions Business Coaching Center Spring Hill, FL 34608 This is an entry level position with a progressive lawn care company in Spring Hill, Florida. The position is ideal for someone looking to start in a service level position. It could be someone recently graduated from high school or in college. Duties

• Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
• Install and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, hardscapes, and irrigation systems
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to promote healthy growth and control weeds
• Operate and maintain equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and chainsaws
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Skills
• Experience with lawn care and maintenance techniques is a plus but not required
• willing to train.
• Knowledge of tree trimming and pruning methods is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus but not required
• Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment
• Strong attention to detail for precise lawn care tasks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to work outside in the Florida elements
• Experience driving a truck is a plus Requirements
