A Lawn Care Specialist at Ecoscape is someone who takes ownership of outdoor spaces. You’ll be responsible for keeping residential and commercial properties clean, sharp, and healthy — from mowing and edging to trimming hedges, clearing debris, and spotting small problems before they become big ones. This role is hands-on, physical, and perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering top-quality results every time. What You’ll Do Mow, edge, trim, and blow — keeping properties looking clean and sharp Maintain healthy lawns, plants, and beds (watering, planting, etc.) Help with tree trimming and small removals Clear properties of light debris and maintain curb appeal Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Communicate clearly with teammates and occasionally with clients What We’re Looking For Someone who takes pride in quality outdoor work and pays attention to detail Basic landscaping experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person Comfortable working in Florida weather with a strong, positive attitude Reliable, teachable, and focused on long-term growth Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer is a plus, but not required Experience in irrigation systems, landscape installs, or outdoor lighting is a big plus Valid driver’s license strongly preferred Why Ecoscape?
