Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 13 lawn care technicians on daily routesOperate and maintain commercial-grade equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)Ensure quality standards, job completion, and safety on every siteCommunicate with clients professionally when neededHandle route planning and job documentation using a smartphoneAssist with training new crew membersDrive company trucks and trailers to job sites
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable transportationMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug testExperience leading a crew in lawn care or landscapingComfortable working in Florida heat and outdoor conditionsAble to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended hoursStrong time management and communication skillsMust have a smartphone for time tracking and job updates
