Lawn Maintenance Crew Member NE lawncare, LLC Brandon, FL 33510 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. You will work outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to ensure that lawns, gardens, and hardscapes are well-kept and visually appealing. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a team environment and have a passion for landscaping. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools to perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging. Maintain landscapes by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, as well as caring for existing plants. Assist in hardscape projects, including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Dig holes for planting or installation of landscape features. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and working on-site. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping tasks. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
