Lawn Maintenance Worker Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Lawn Maintenance Worker TLC Property Maintenance, Inc. 11602 Tarpon Springs Road, Odessa, FL 33556 Experienced lawn maintenance team members (min 1-year exp). Must be able to use a zero-turn mower, blower, edger, and weed-eater. A valid driver’s license with experience driving a truck and trailer is required. Bilingual capability (English/Spanish; huge plus but not required)

Responsibilities:

• As a Lawn Maintenance Worker, you will provide landscape maintenance support to a variety of industrial, commercial, and/or public properties
• Lawn maintenance support includes the safe operation of commercial-grade lawn equipment
• Cut turf using various-sized power mowers, trimming, and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas-powered blower
• Properly and safely prune shrubs and low trees as needed to improve the shape or growth habit or to remove damaged branches
• Maintain plants and flower beds
• Properly and safely operate the edger and line trimmer along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences, and other objects
• Pick up trash and blow leaves and other organic debris onto the turf before mowing
• Mulch the leaves and organic matter when mowing
• Drive a truck and trailer
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and responsive demeanor with clients and co-workers All positions are Full-Time Openings.

Pay is determined based on experience.
