The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces along with fueling the plane during business hours. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and general groundskeeping duties. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Irrigate plants and lawns to ensure proper hydration and growth. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees through pruning and weeding. Assist in planting new vegetation and maintaining existing gardens. Clear debris from walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas to ensure safety. Monitor the health of plants and report any issues such as pests or diseases. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing groundskeeping tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in gardening. Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care best practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license may be required for operating company vehicles.
