• Paid Weekly employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Landscape Laborer We are hiring hardworking and reliable Landscape Laborers to assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties.

This is an outdoor, hands-on position involving physical labor in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing and maintaining landscaping elements such as plants, sod, mulch, and edging for commercial and homeowners
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
• Spread mulch, soil, gravel, and other landscape materials using shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows
• Dig trenches and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Perform general grounds cleanup including debris removal, weeding, and trimming
• Operate basic landscaping equipment like blowers, string trimmers, and mowers
• Follow instructions from the crew leader to complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• No experience required; landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and follow directions Principals only.
