(Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Fertilization, Irrigation, Etc.) Positions will be for the care and maintenance of the common areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Mowing, edging, and blowing Spreading mulch, laying sod, moving soil Planting, maintaining flower beds, weeding Trimming shrubs and low tree branches Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape tasks
