Green and Clean Your work will include every detail of caring for our Plants, and our Property, we call it green and clean . Green

• Loading and unloading of plants
• Putting plants in their designated spaces
• Maintaining our high-tech drip irrigation system
• Trimming, pruning and caring for our live plant inventory
• Potting and up-potting of live plants
• Monitoring the health of the plants in our greenhouses, including pest control
• Assisting the order fulfillment, team with needed supplies and loading and unloading
• Sorting and grading plant types
• And Anything else required to care for our Gorgeous Plants

• Note:

  Prior experience and knowledge of Foliage and Landscape plants is a huge plus

• however, attitude outperforms everything

Requirements:

The current position available is for a “Greenhouse Gardener and Groundskeeper” You must be able to SPEAK, READ and WRITE in English. No experience is necessary but we are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail You believe that finishing the job RIGHT is better than just finishing the job. You need to enjoy active work and have the ability to work independently. What’s in it for you: You will receive extensive training from our team where you will learn step-by-step how to get excellent results with live potted plants. Here’s a little more detail about the day to day: The position can be physically demanding at times. Candidate must be able to perform varied physical tasks. Some of the physical tasks of this job include: walking, standing and pushing/pulling carts and water tanks; grasping/use of pruners, scissors and other hand tools; Lifting and carrying: plants, soil, gravel, equipment, ladders; loading and unloading plants, water tanks, materials and supplies Using gas-powered landscape and power tools Interior Plant Scapes is a Smoke-Free, Vape-Free, Drug-Free workplace. A Drug test will be required and we will do a background check that includes a driving record check.
