Key Responsibilities:

Keep the grounds free of trash through regular cleaning and sweeping. Assist with trash-outs of vacated units, managing debris, furniture, and appliance removal. Perform snow removal and ensure hallways remain clean. Conduct painting and minor repair work as part of unit turnarounds. Take on additional tasks as needed to uphold our community’s standards. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. Less than 1 year of experience. Basic reading, writing, and speaking skills for understanding and conveying information. Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve simple problems. Basic computer skills. POSITION SUMMARY

Make sure the grounds are free of trash. Clean and sweep up trash and handle or assist with trash-outs of units.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pick up trash on grounds Clean out hallways Snow Removal Trash-outs of vacated units including but not limited to removal of debris, furniture, and appliances, painting and minor repair work. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Less than 1 year of experience Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions, simple correspondence and present information one-on-one or in small groups. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide by 10s & 100s Ability to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions with common sense understanding. Ability to deal with problems that involve few variables in standardized situations. Beginner computer skills.

Regularly must stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl or bend. Regularly must lift up to 25 pounds. Occasionally must talk or hear. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Normally works in an environment with moderate noise. Will be working outdoors year-round. Regularly must work in outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally must work in conditions that are wet or humid, extremely cold or extremely hot (non-weather), near moving mechanical parts, near fumes or airborne particles. Rarely must work in high, precarious places, near toxic or caustic chemicals, with risk of electrical shock, with vibration. There is no risk of radiation or working with explosives.
