Training in tree care, equipment operation and company procedures will be provided.

Duties Include:

• Arrive to work as scheduled and on time.
• Follow clock in and clock out process.
• Set up water, ice and coolers for assigned crew.
• Fill gas cans and bar oil.
• Follow directions provided by supervisors, crew leader and arborist.
• Inspection of equipment, maintaining safety, cleanliness and good working order.
• Load and unload assigned truck or equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, company rules, standards and procedures.
• Assist arborists in tree trimming, removals, etc.
• Cleanup of job site.
• Support daily production requirements.
• Operate light equipment, power tools and hand tools.
• Keep work vehicles and equipment safe, clean and organized.
• Ensure all equipment used during the day is accounted for before leaving the work site.
• Report any defective equipment or maintenance needs.

Requirements:

Spanish or English , Bilingual preferred. Working outside. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to take directions from crew leader, supervisor or management. Ability to work within assigned crew. Reliable transportation to and from work.

• 1 year plus experience.
• Pass background and drug screening.

Full-time Pay:

$14.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
