Laborer Duties and Responsibilities Landscaping Farmwork General equipment maintenance Installing fences Upkeep of structures on property Laborer Requirements and Qualifications Similar work experience may be beneficial, but not required Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check is required Ability to sit, climb, squat, bend or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to work in a team setting Ability to take directions from management Ability to communicate and report effectively Lift minimum of 50 pounds Understand verbal English Compensation Based on experience
