This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, groundskeeping, and hardscape installation, contributing to the overall aesthetic and health of our clients’ properties. Responsibilities Perform mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain neat and healthy grass. Execute groundskeeping tasks, including weeding, mulching, and planting. Build and install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Irrigate gardens and lawns according to specific needs, ensuring proper water management. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients. Provide general lawn care services including fertilization, aeration, and pest control. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards. must have own equipment Skills Proficient in mowing techniques and groundskeeping practices. Experience with building hardscape elements is a plus. Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping tasks. Knowledge of irrigation systems and lawn care best practices. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
