Lawn Crew Member Corkscrew Woodlands Association, Inc Estero, FL 33928 Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. Your expertise in lawn care and landscape maintenance will contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure a well-maintained appearance. Utilize hand tools and equipment for landscape maintenance, including pruning shears, blowers, and trimmers. Assist in hardscape installation and maintenance, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Conduct tree trimming and tree care activities to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs. Qualifications Experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to landscaping tasks. Basic mechanical knowledge for the upkeep of landscaping equipment. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed during landscaping tasks. A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
