Crewman 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Tallahassee, FL 32310 Premier Landscape Management is seeking hardworking and reliable Crewman to join our landscaping and lawn maintenance team. As a Crewman, you will be responsible for performing various lawn care and landscaping tasks to ensure customer properties are well-maintained and visually appealing. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain clean and professional landscapes. Assist with landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, sod installation, and minor irrigation repairs. Remove debris, leaves, and other waste materials from job sites. Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments as directed. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and stored at the end of each workday. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent injuries and property damage. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude on job sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance is required. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely. Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods. Willingness to follow instructions and work well in a team environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
