The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with deep cleaning tasks as required during off-peak times or special events. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of housekeeping management principles is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
