Groundskeeper/Maintenance 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Ocala, FL 34474
- Lawn Maintenance including but not limited to mowing, weed eating, hedge trimming, weeding of plant beds, edging and clearing debris. Duties will span across the portfolio of the company which includes multiple properties in Ocala and Inverness.
- Clean and remove all trash and debris from grounds, parking lots, amenities areas, plant beds, and dumpster areas.
- Maintenance responsibilities may include but are not limited to: grounds keeping, painting, exterior repairs, landscape and irrigation tasks, pressure washing etc.
- Provides assistance to maintenance staff and other staff members as needed.
- During the slow season you will assist the maintenance team with unit clean outs including item removal, unit cleaning, interior repairs due to damages caused by the tenants which can include drywall repairs, painting, flooring repair, electrical or plumbing upgrades.
- Represents the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Must have an active drivers license with a clean background as you will need to utilize the company work truck and landscaping trailer.
