Lawn crew member A & N Land Maintenance Ocala, FL 34479 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. This position involves performing various landscaping and lawn care tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients’ properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain healthy lawns. Execute landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, and weeding to ensure vibrant gardens. Conduct tree trimming and tree care to promote growth and safety around properties. Operate hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or flowers as needed. Build landscape features such as flower beds or retaining walls according to design specifications. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote optimal growth conditions. Maintain equipment by cleaning, lubricating, and performing minor repairs as necessary. Skills Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Experience with tree trimming and tree care is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment. Ability to dig effectively for planting or construction purposes. Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance is a plus. Strong skills in using hand tools safely and efficiently. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in outdoor settings.
