in Hobe Sound currently has an opening for a Full-Time Gardening Accounts Manager. Candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience in the Landscape and Gardening Industry. We offer competitive pay in line with industry standards, plus the opportunity to earn overtime.

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass the required background check.
• Occasionally work late hours, and Saturdays as needed.
• Must have great leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relations
• Building and maintaining client relationships, visiting and reviewing accounts and establishing new accounts.
• Management of Crew
• Set up Foremen on daily schedule, order crew supplies and tools, oversee training and new hires.
• Ordering of plants and materials for accounts.
• Coordination of subcontractors.
• Administrative duties
• Daily worksheets, Record keeping
