The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of our outdoor spaces. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, hands-on skills, and a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping. The Grounds Maintenance Worker will play a crucial role in ensuring that all grounds are well-kept, safe, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming. Operate and maintain hand tools and equipment necessary for grounds maintenance. Assist in building and maintaining garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features. during the dry months we ensure 3 full weeks Trim trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetics. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Must know how to use ALL equipment and be Skilled on it. Experience Must have experience in groundskeeping or landscaping Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of maintenance equipment . Familiarity with lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
MUST HAVE LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE
