⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Groundskeeper (Miami Beach) compensation: $15 employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Groundskeeper Groundskeeper Position overview: The Groundskeeper will perform general grounds maintenance duties, including yard waste cleanup and removal, blowing of pathways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other visitor areas in the garden, routine plant maintenance and inspecting the property. This role will be located in Miami Beach, FL, 33140.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm. OFF Thursday and Sunday. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: General upkeep of all common property and facilities. Picking up debris around the property and removal of trash. Keep property, landscaping, and management office clean by inspecting the property daily. Perform preventative tasks as necessary. Replace lightbulbs in common areas. Perform light painting duties as necessary. Give progress updates on work orders and daily tasks and coordinate with on-site team. Other duties as assigned by Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
Qualifications:
