At Propel Aviation, we are dedicated to excellence in aviation services. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff member to join our team. This position will involve ensuring our facilities remain clean, organized, and in top condition for our team and clients. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain landscaping, including mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, and watering as needed Remove debris and trash from exterior areas, including ramps, walkways, and parking lots Perform seasonal tasks such as pressure washing, minor painting, and leaf removal Maintain and monitor outdoor lighting, signage, and fencing for proper function and appearance Perform minor repairs to grounds-related equipment and tools Identify and report safety hazards or facility issues to the supervisor Support special events, aircraft arrivals, or customer visits by ensuring grounds are neat and presentable Assist in hangar cleanliness and support janitorial efforts when required, this may include: Perform general cleaning duties across multiple facilities, including offices, hangars, break rooms, restrooms, and other public areas. Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum all floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure cleanliness standards are met. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste appropriately. Buff floors and perform floor care to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Wipe down surfaces, including desks, countertops, and windows. Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic areas and ensure safety protocols are followed. Report any maintenance or cleaning supply needs to management. Follow safety guidelines and cleaning procedures consistently. Assist with any special cleaning tasks as needed.

PM Days:

Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and reliability. Ability to follow safety protocols and company guidelines. Physical ability to perform the duties required, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage time effectively. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
